This is Cairnholy Cairn 2nd to 3rd millenium burial chamber. The views from here look over wigtown Bay. Cairnholy is located on the A75 towards Dumfries.
Not too far away from the cottage is Castle Kennedy, Lochinch Castle and the gardens. well worth a visit.
